To safeguard against unauthorized actions, we send a secure 6-digit OTP to your registered email address before any deletion begins.

90-Day Grace Period

Your account enters a 90-day buffer period. If you log in at any time within these 90 days, your deletion request is automatically cancelled and your account is restored.

Permanent Wipe

After 90 days, your account credentials, devices, and profile data are permanently erased. You will never be able to log in or access this account again.

How can I cancel the deletion request if I change my mind?

Simply log in to your account with your email and password at any point before the 90 days expire. The system will detect your login, automatically cancel the deletion process, and restore your account immediately.

Can I log in after the 90 days have passed?

No. Once the 90-day grace period concludes, your account and associated credentials are permanently purged. You will no longer be able to log in or recover any information.

What happens to active bookings or enquiries?

If you have active bookings or upcoming hall events, we strongly advise completing or cancelling them with your venue manager before initiating deletion.
